NOTIFICATION FOR THE POST OF MID LEVEL HEALTH PROVIDER ON CONTRACT BASIS
About Notification
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to the post of MID LEVEL HEALTH PROVIDER (1113 posts) to be filled on contract basis initially for period of one year in the Health and Wellness Centres. Candidates will undergo Bridge Programme (Certificate) in Community Health conducted by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) of six months duration. The Department will provide support for IGNOU fee (cover study materials and counselling fee), boarding and accommodation etc., to the selected candidates.

Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit for OC: 35 Years
Maximum Age Limit for SC/ ST Candidates: 40 Years

Selection Process
- Online Entrance Test
- Type of Examination : 200(3Hrs) Questions with Multiple Choice options on the syllabus of B.Sc., (Nursing)
- Selection of the candidate for the Bridge Programme,
- Qualifying Marks in the Entrance Examination. : OC – 50%, PH – 45%, SC/STs – 40%
